Delivery areas, timing and charges

Amore Petals & Gifts, we are committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers with care and efficiency.

• Delivery areas: We deliver within North Brisbane. (25km radius from Newport).
• Delivery hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Same day delivery orders must be placed by 10:00am. Deliveries made after this cut-off will occur the next business day.
  
• Delivery charges: Free delivery Redcliffe area. Fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout
• Timing requests:  While we strive to accomodate specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact timing. For peak periods like Valentine's Day and Mothers Day, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to secure your delivery.
• Unavailable recipients:  If the recipient is not available, flowers will be left in a safe location as shaded as possible.      
• Hospital deliveries:  For hospital deliveries, please provide the recipient's full name, room number and department (e.g.,maternity, medical etc.). If delivery to the patient's room is restricted, flowers will be left with hospital staff or at the reception desk. Please note, some hospitals do not allow flower deliveries to certain areas, such as ICU wards.
