Refund Policy
We hope you love your flowers as much as we enjoy creating them! We take great pride in delivering the freshest and most beautiful flowers to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for the following issues

  • Flowers arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item received
  • Order not delivered on the agreed date (unless caused by an uncontrollable circumstance, like weather)
  • Delivery to the wrong address (if it was our fault)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and we may request photos of the issue for verification purposes. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
